About Buying from Us and FAQs
Buying from us:
Most our mules come from people who contact us looking to sell there mules due to unforeseen circumstances that force sell of their buddies...we do also get mules off farms in the area via word of mouth, long distances through other internet advertisers, and sometimes larger, repuatable auctions.... regardless we screen them and use them before we offer them for sale so we know what they are. We try to keep mostly novice safe mules, and in that process we sometimes have a few on-their-way trail or show prospects for the more experienced rider or mule handler. They can't all be perfect but we will be as honest as we can about what we have experienced with them in the time we have had them; Some mules are further trained for show or other disciplines other than trail riding and come at a higher price. We don't plan to waste your or our time. It is very hard to find a "perfect " mule and they do come at a much higher price. If you are willing to give some in certain areas we can usually find more affordable mules, we always suggest buying the best you can afford since a good mule will last you for many years! We don't ride our mules every day (I do have a full time job and Jr has two!) I would rather you see them as-is; what you see is an example of what you'd get if you take the mule home, turn it out, leave it for a month then get it out like we did when you looked at them here. If you are a daily, dedicated rider expect your mule to ride better and better when you take it home. If a mule requires additional training or breaking once we get it to the farm, we do have a wonderful friend/trainer who will ride them daily until they are at the point where we can bring them home and ride them on weekly trail rides; the other mules are ridden by Jr, myself, or close friends who need a ride or volunteer to help us keep them all exercised and used. We like to try and get as many people to ride them as possible to see how they will react to different riders. We have sucessfully matched many many mules to buyer long distance but we always prefer for you to come see and try any mule before buying if at all possible. We will try to match you as well as possible over the phone or via email but without actually seeing you interact with the mule it is always a risk things may not go as planned. We do have references of buyers we are willing to provide to long distance buyers who may not be able to come see a mule before buying if you want to take that route; more than not it works out well for the buyer and mule.
Phone calls are preferred as I would rather do that and have you completely aware of the mule and if it will suit what your needs before you even come to the farm or jump into sending money for a mule to be shipped to you. We have plenty of references available upon request, from purchasers that have bought out of state even on videos and descriptions alone, and come back whenever they add more to their herd. We want happy clients! and repeat clients! Feel Free to contact me (Lindsey) should you have any questions regarding details on any of the horses/mules currently at the farm for sale.

We have been involved in riding and showing horses for over 17yrs. started out showing hunters and began jumping; At age 14, I became interested in the versatility of breed shows and bought my first AQHA to show in allaround events. I soon became interested in Paints and worked for a local APHA trainer for several years, during this time, I had the opportunity to show some very nice horses and own some too. I have accomplished many breed show championships, hi-point awards and several top 10s and top 5s at world show competition. Mostly recently, I had enjoyed almost weekly trips on overnight camp trail rides and pack trips along with local and NASMA mule shows. Along with my boyfriend, Jr Inscore we own over 15 horses and mules, they are our passion and love. Jr has been involved with horses over 40yrs and mules for over 20yrs. He has 2 kids who also grew up riding horses and mules so he knows what he would want for his kids to ride or not ride; He is also an accomplished Farrier. Feel free to call us anytime to talk Horses or Mules!
